Dr. Anil Rawat
Chairman
Dr. Anil Rawat is a well-known academician and an edupreneur. A veteran of institution building with more than 40 years of experience, he has been the Founding Director at Institute of Business Management and Technology (IBMT) and Institute of Finance and International Management (IFIM). He is currently the Chairman at Management Academy for Digital Economy (MADE) in India.

He combines a long academic career and industrial consulting experience. He has worked with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), International Science Policy Foundation (ISPF), International Management Institute (IMI), All India Management Association (AIMA). As a researcher he spent several years in Japan at the University of Tokyo and subsequently as a Senior Fellow at Yokohama National University on a Japan Foundation Fellowship.
Shashank Rawat
Programme Director
Shashank Rawat is an aerospace engineer and former consultant having worked in the US and the Middle East on large-scale multi stakeholder projects. He has been certified as a Master Trainer by the Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technology Alliance (SEMTA), UK — as part of a collaboration between the Department for International Development, Government of UK and the Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council.

Shashank has earned an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and holds an Aerospace Engineering degree from Cornell University, USA with a specialisation in Avionics and Aerospace Systems from the University of Manchester, UK.
Dr. K. Ramchand
Principal Advisor
Dr. Ramchand had an accomplished tenure as an ‘Outstanding Scientist’ at DRDO. As the Founding Director at the Centre for Airborne Systems (CABS) he pioneered the evolution of airborne electronics technology into a force multiplier as an Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) System bringing Indian capabilities on par with advanced nations.

Since the completion of his tenure at DRDO, Dr. Ramchand has been an active executive advisor to industry organisations and verticals such as the aerospace practice at Tata Consultancy Services and military Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) at Air Works among several others. His ground-breaking work in collaboration with Lockheed Martin on ‘Lighter than Air’ (LTA) technology is now recognized as a viable option for military surveillance. He was also a Consultant to Sandia Labs in Albuquerque (USA).
Dr. Reena Sharma
Advisor and Senior Faculty
An accomplished former Scientist ‘G’ at the Centre for Airborne Systems (CABS), DRDO, Dr. Reena Sharma headed the airborne systems team and was the recipient of the Laboratory Scientist of the Year award in 2011 and the prestigious Technology Group Award in 2013 at DRDO. Leading our Avionics stream, Dr. Reena Sharma’s deep expertise and vast experience is pivotal in grooming our students for industry engagements.
